Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Growth Specialist to manage our online presence. You will be responsible for maintaining our website, improving organic search rankings (SEO), and executing high-ROI paid campaigns across Google and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Oversee website updates, user experience (UX), and performance monitoring.
- SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Paid Campaigns (SEM/PPC): Design and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Analytics: Track conversion rates and ROI using Google Analytics and Pixel tracking to optimize budget spend.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO/SEM and managing PPC budgets.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console and Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (like WordPress).
