Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  1. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SOLIDWORKS products, training, and services.
  1. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  1. Assist in the implementation and customization of SolidWorks software to meet customer needs.
  1. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  1. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
  1. Stay updated on the latest SolidWorks features, enhancements, and best practices.

Qualification:

  1. Any Degree
  2. 6 months to 1 year of Inside Sales experience, preferably in technology, education, or drone-related industries.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  4. Effective communication skills to conduct training sessions or workshops
  5. Ability to understand and explain technical products and training courses.
  6. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  7. Strong presentation skills.
