Role : Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SOLIDWORKS products, training, and services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the implementation and customization of SolidWorks software to meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
- Stay updated on the latest SolidWorks features, enhancements, and best practices.
Qualification:
- Any Degree
- 6 months to 1 year of Inside Sales experience, preferably in technology, education, or drone-related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills to conduct training sessions or workshops
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and training courses.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Strong presentation skills.
